The Education Commission's role is to continue the mission of Jesus Christ, particularly through the parish catechetical ministry. Faith formation at St. Paul's strives to make each person's faith become living, conscious and active through the light of instruction. The Education Commission is responsible for all aspects of the formal education programs of the parish: children, youth, and adult faith formation. Faith formation is a lifelong process for the individual and a constant and concerted pastoral activity of the St. Paul Parish Community.

The commission is made up of nine parishioners, with the Pastor, Deacon, and Director of Religious Education as ex officio members. In addition to monitoring the Parish School of Religion and the faith formation aspects of Youth Ministry, the Commission has been involved in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, special events for Advent and Lent and implementation of educational directives from the Archdiocese.
