Parish School of Religion
Coordinator: Carole Grady
Welcome to St. Paul’s Parish School of Religion! This is a religious education program for students in Preschool through Grade 12 and Young Adults. Our purpose is to make each student’s faith in Jesus Christ become living, conscious, and active, through the light of instruction. While aiming to enrich the faith life of individual students at their particular stages of development, our catechesis is also oriented to the parents and families of our students.
Our program has four components:
(a.) Preschool-Kindergarten – This group meets during 11:00 A.M. Sunday Mass
(b.) Grades 1- 6 - This group meets 9:30 to 10:45 A.M. on Sundays
(c.) Grades 7&8 Youth Ministry – This group meets 9:30 to 10:45 A.M. on Sundays
(d.) High School, Young Adult Youth Ministry – This group meets 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Sundays

Preschool through Grade 6 meet in the undercroft of St. Paul Church. Grades 7&8 meet in the church rectory. High School-Young Adult meet in the undercroft.

The teachers are directed by a Director of Religious Education.
Youth Ministry:
Our program for youth in Grades 7 through 12 encompasses not only catechetical ministry but also includes service opportunities, prayer and worship opportunities, leadership training, and pastoral care.
Curriculum:
We follow established, graded curriculum for Preschool through Grade 12 that is in accord with the guidelines of the archdiocese.
